Originally made in the form of Mead (fermented honey), This ale was coveted by all. Brewed without hops but organic Heather tips, organic honey and organic malts, this award winning ale may be the most interesting ale you’ve ever had! |

ROOTS PALE ALE, IBU 35 5.3% ABV. A nice example of an English style Pale. Light amber in color, light body and a creamy head makes this our perfect session beer. Four additions of Whole Amarillo hops give it a pleasant nose. | |

WOODY I.P.A. (let us give YOU A Woody!) IBU 73.3, 6.0% ABV. Not your classic N.W. I.P.A., it’s BETTER! Dry hopped with an abundance of whole magnum hops to get your attention- and hold it. Also comes in 22oz. bottles | |

Island Red IBU 62.5, 5.6% ABV. We call this a RED stout. Very full bodied complex ale brewed with a good amount of oats and barley, which lend to the nice bread and malt flavors and help Give this RED a very rich & creamy head. Also comes in 22 oz. bottles |

eXXXcalibur Imperial Stout IBU 48, 8.6% ABV. Brewed in the imperial style using a variety of specialty malts and Noble Hops. This Stout has wonderful chocolate and coffee notes and a smooth, hearty & complex body. Try this Stout and you will become a stout lover forever! |

Seasonal Ales
Winter
FESTIVUS IBU58,7.5ABV A big English Olde Ale. This beer is malty, with a dry warming finish. A touch of of crystal malt and other specialty malts, gives this winter ale, nice biscuit and bready flavors, which help balance out the noble hops. We age it until it’s smooth.
EPIC ALE IBU 80, 14% ABV
We hand smoked 55#’s of Munich malt over cherry wood soaked in Glenlivet, Cognac & Cherry’s that lends wonderful Smokey Toffee & cherry notes both to the pallet & nose with a warm bittersweet finish. With over 1,700 lb’s of malt and 65 lb’s of hops, it makes this a truly “EPIC ALE”. SERVED ONLY IN A 10 oz. GLASS.
Spring
EAST SIDE ABBEY IN THE BELGIAN ABBEY STYLE 6.2% ABV. 12 I.B.U
Our example of a Belgian Abbey ale. This Belgian style has an aroma of fruits and nuts created by the combo of five malts and traditional Abbey Belgian yeast. The slight sweet malt flavor is balanced with the East Kent Golding Hops.
Summer
Gruit Kolsch 5.5% ABV.
Celebrate the Summer Solstice with our Summer Seasonal. It’s what Summer is all about! Bright Golden Yellow, with the flavors of herbs and the nose of fresh flowers, makes this Kolsch extremely refreshing on a hot summers day. We brew this with 100% Organic malts and chamomile and lavender flowers grown in our organic garden. No Hops! So tip one back and enjoy the Summer!
Fall
Toasted Coconut Porter IBU 15 4.5% A.B.V.
A medium Bodied London style porter, with a slight hint of roast malt and “dry hopped” by 10 lbs of subtle, sweet tropical, hand toasted Coconut Flakes. The coconut is subtle but lends a creaminess and smooth finish to this porter.
