February 2-11-09 we will we be having our end of winter party at Roots Organic Brewing Co. We will do a vertical tasting of all five-winter brews in one sitting. Craig Nicholls and Jason McAdam (owners/brewers) will be on hand to talk about the beers and the unique ingredients and brewing techniques they used to create these wonderful winter brews.
